Lone Star e-Club Provides Underwear to Children in PovertyOur Rotary Club is providing new, clean underwear to children living in poverty. This service project will benefit over 700 children whose overall academic performance and general health and well being are affected by not having underwear or wearing the same pair day after day. Making a Difference at RYLA  Making a Difference at RYLA! On Saturday, January 11, 2025, the Lone Star Rotary e-Club was honored to present two life-saving AEDs to Pineywoods Camp during the District 5910 Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) program. These devices will help ensure the safety of the nearly 300 high school youth leaders who attend this incredible event each year and all who use the camp’s facilities.  Thank you to Rotarian Teta Banks for championing this project and sharing the importance of AEDs and Rotary’s mission of Service Above Self. We’re also grateful to the many club members who volunteered at the event and supported this impactful initiative.   But we’re not done yet!
